KYC Process

SwissTrades365 upholds a stringent zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent activities, identity theft, and any deceptive practices. To safeguard the interests of our clients and maintain the integrity of our platform, we implement rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. KYC protocols are widely adopted by banks, brokers, and financial institutions as a proactive measure to track and identify suspicious accounts involved in illicit activities such as fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing. By adhering to KYC regulations, we ensure a secure trading environment and mitigate the risk of financial losses associated with unauthorised transactions.

Security Measures

SwissTrades365 prioritises the security of sensitive data, ensuring its integrity and confidentiality. Your account information, transaction history, and details are treated as highly valuable documents, subject to comprehensive security measures and fraud controls. To uphold the integrity of our platform and protect electronic transactions, including deposit method activation, we require certain data from you. These measures are essential to maintain the robust protection methods implemented for the safety of your financial activities

When depositing funds into your SwissTrades365 trading account, certain documents are necessary for verification:

Kindly submit a coloured image of both the front and back sides of your valid passport, clearly displaying your photo and any accompanying signature. In the event that a passport is unavailable, we accept a government-issued ID containing your photograph. Ensure that the ID is presented in full colour, allowing for easy verification of its authenticity.
debit or credit cards
For KYC purposes, we kindly request a coloured photograph of the front side of the debit or credit card used for funding your SwissTrades365 trading account, displaying the first 6 and last 4 numbers. Please ensure the image includes your signature on the backside of the card. To protect your sensitive information, you may cover the middle numbers and CVV when submitting the photo.

To complete the KYC process and authorise your SwissTrades365 trading account, we kindly ask for Proof of Residence. Simply provide a utility bill, local authority tax bill, or bank statement dated within the last 3 months, displaying the same name as your passport or ID. Please submit your proof of residence (in colour) to [email protected].
